Client Overview & Requirement:

AdmitAbroad is a Study Abroad brand of Mumbai-based Vidyalankar Group of Educational Institutes, which focuses exclusively on foreign education.

The client wanted student registrations for their educational webinars, through which they educate the students on foreign education-related topics and provide them with an overview of Admit Abroad’s services.

 

Challenges Faced:

  1. High competition in the study abroad competitive exam training industry. Multiple players of different scale; individual consultants, seasoned organizations, as well as startups, etc.
  2. Covid-19 pandemic creating prejudice against studying abroad in the minds of students and parents.
 

Strategy Implemented:

An Educational Webinar Series Campaign was created, as opposed to promoting a single webinar session scheduled for students as well as parents. Topics were specifically devised keeping in mind the pain points faced by the students and parents..

Topics included:

  • How to choose a - Country/University/Program
  • How to get admission into an Ivy League University
  • Application Timeline you must follow if you want a Scholarship - FALL 22/23
  • What nobody is telling you about the GRE/TOEFL/IELTS exam
  • How to write the perfect SOP
  • LOR (Letter of Recommendation) Writing & Resume Building
 

Result Achieved:

  • Generated over 2000 leads in a span of 4 months
  • Generated a ROAS of more than 1800%
