Client Overview

Instylettown, also known as Instyle Tuscaloosa, is a fashion-based retail e-commerce brand in the USA. The brand offers a wide selection of men's & women’s clothing items, such as Denim Jeans, Shorts, Track Jackets, Track Pants, Shirts, Jackets, Hoodies, Sweatshirts, Hats, and Watches

Brief Shared / Targets / Objectives

The main objective was to make the brand a market leader in the USA and the entire globe. While the client will be focusing on offering a variety of fashion items and a seamless shopping experience, we were tasked with enhancing their Google Ads performance and achieving a consistent return on ad spend (ROAS) throughout the year. The target shared by the client was to generate an average ROAS of 10X per month.

 

Challenges Faced by the Client

  • Low Number of Orders and Sales: Instylettown struggled to generate a significant number of orders and sales due to stiff competition from established marketplaces like Amazon.
  • Establishing Credibility: As a new brand, it was challenging to establish the credibility and trustworthiness of Instylettown among customers.

 

Our Solution (Marketing Strategy)

Paarami devised a marketing strategy that primarily focused on improving ROAS and promoting the best-selling products of Instylettown. The key elements of the strategy included:

  • Google Ads Campaigns: Two main campaigns were implemented, one targeting all products and another exclusively promoting the best-selling product, hats.
  • Performance Max Campaigns: Utilized Performance Max campaigns on Google Ads, leveraging multiple platforms such as YouTube, Search, Discovery, and Display to enhance product visibility and increase ROAS.
  • Regular Reporting: Provided regular weekly and monthly reports to the client, keeping them updated on the campaign's performance.

Target Customer

The target audience comprised individuals interested in online shopping for lifestyle products, with a specific focus on fashion items.

Challenges Faced in Execution

  • Website Performance: Low performance of the website resulted in higher cost-per-click (CPC) and lower click-through rates (CTR). Efforts were made to improve the website's performance to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Low ROAS: Initially, promoting products solely through Google Ads shopping campaigns resulted in low ROAS. To overcome this challenge, Performance Max campaigns were implemented, providing broader exposure across various platforms..
