Clinico Diagnostics Centre is a highly rated Diagnostic Centre and NABL Accredited Pathology Lab with branches in Mumbai and nearby areas.

 

Belief Shared / Targets / Objectives

With 40 years of experience in the diagnostics space, Clinico aimed to establish a corporate website with e-commerce capabilities for their tests. Additionally, they wanted to leverage social media to create brand awareness and generate leads for their various diagnostic scans and pathology services. Positioning themselves as a reliable corporate company delivering accurate and timely reports was a key objective, emphasising their expert team of in-house doctors and same-day report delivery for tests like RTPCR, MRI, CT Scan & PET Scan.

 

Challenges Faced by the Client

Despite being in the diagnostics field for four decades, the primary challenge was very low brand visibility. Many of their existing customers were unaware of the full range of facilities & services offered at Clinico, resulting in potential business losses as customers sought services elsewhere due to lack of awareness. The existing agency was focussing on basic SEO and Whatsapp / sms based push marketing

 

Our Solution (Marketing Strategy)

To address these challenges, we implemented a localized marketing approach for Clinico's nine centres across Mumbai. We suggested a complete revamp of the existing website to present all the capabilities of Clinico comprehensively. This involved merging two separate websites (diagnostics and scan services) into one, enhancing the website's SEO.

We also established Google My Business profiles for all locations, encouraging centre managers to generate positive reviews, resulting in an improved online reputation. Paid advertisement for scan services and the new centre in Thane helped generate a significant ROI.

General Practitioner Doctors, Hospitals and Oncologists from Mumbai, Palghar, Kalyan, Bhiwandi & Navi Mumbai.

Our content strategy will encompass a mix of educational, quiz, did-you-know, and disease-related posts to engage the audience effectively.
