Admit Abroad is a Study Abroad Consultant in Mumbai providing end-to-end foreign education services including university shortlisting, documentation, finance, visa assistance, and coaching for standardized tests like GRE, IELTS & TOEFL.

 

Belief Shared / Targets / Objectives

The target was to generate 1100 leads per month in December, January & February, followed by the same in June, July & August months. The objective was to generate leads interested in studying abroad and appearing for IELTS/TOEFL/GRE so that we could offer them our coaching services.

 

Challenges Faced by the Client

Admit Abroad initially faced challenges in lead generation, lead quality, and high cost per lead (CPL). They had specific requirements for leads located in Mumbai and a lofty aim of generating 1,000 leads per month while working within a very limited budget.

 

Our Solution (Marketing Strategy)

Paarami devised a comprehensive marketing strategy to address the client's objectives:

  • Facebook Ads: Developed unique webinar topics to engage the target audience and attract quality leads. Implemented Direct Admissions Campaigns to streamline the admissions process and increase lead flow. Utilised targeted campaigns for specific countries (e.g., New Zealand, US, Australia) to cater to diverse student preferences.
  • Google Search Ads: Implemented targeted search campaigns to maximise lead volume and expand reach.
  • Lead Quality Improvement: Incorporated Typeform to enhance lead quality and better understand prospective students' needs.

Target Customer

The primary target audience consisted of students aged between 19 and 24 years who were interested in studying abroad and pursuing coaching for standardized tests like IELTS, TOEFL & GRE.

Challenges Faced in Execution

Challenge due to changes in webinar topics, frequent campaign modifications, and the need to adapt to the client’s high expectations in terms of generating leads within the same budget. However, effective communication and flexibility helped address these challenges and ensure campaign success.
