Client has a beach resort at Vengurla, Konkan. The resort flaunts 10 huts shaped air-conditioned cottages facing the Arabian sea. Their beach restaurant serves authentic Malvani food to its guests. Guests can indulge adventures like Kayaking, Cycling, Beach Camping, Swimming, Fishing and other Beach Sports.

Business Objectives:

Vengurla, not being a tourist destination, attracted fewer visitors to the resort. The Client wanted to build visibility of the resort among tourists planning vacation to Goa (Vengurla is 2-hrs drive from Goa). He wanted to attract more bookings – both in and off season.

Our Solution:

We got in touch with the staff & manager of the resort to understand what makes them stand apart from other resorts around that location. The manager told us about resort specialties guests loved the most.

To subdue unknown resort location challenge, we came up with Experience Konkan theme. Vengurla falls in Konkan region and is surrounded by many beautiful local tourist places. Not only nature, we promoted local culture and professions of natives there.

Based on this theme, we revamped their website. Highlighted resort amenities, beaches, stressed on recreational activities, nearby attractions, testimonials of the customers, etc. which would help the website visitor to make a favorable decision.

We launched a Facebook campaign to drive visitors to the website. We appointed a full time sales person to talk to website visitors through online chat, resolve their queries and covert visitors to paying guests.
